This Privacy Policy describes how Block Puzzle Helper ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information when you use the Block Puzzle Helper mobile application (the "App") and the related website at blockpuzzlehelper.com (the "Site"). By using the App or the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We have designed the App to minimize the data we collect. The categories below are an exhaustive list of the personal and sensitive user data the App may access, collect, use, or share:

Photos / images you submit (screenshots): When you use the screenshot solver feature, the App processes game screenshots that you select from your device or capture in-app. Screenshot processing happens locally on your device. A screenshot is only transmitted to our servers if you explicitly choose to send feedback about a solver result, in which case it is uploaded together with your feedback message.
Feedback content: If you contact us or use the in-app feedback feature, we receive the text and any attachments you send (including the associated screenshot and the solver output).
Purchase and subscription information: If you buy a subscription or one-time purchase, the transaction is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive a pseudonymous purchase token / receipt and subscription status (active, expired, trial, etc.) via our subscription provider, RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your credit card number or full billing details.
Device and technical data: Standard technical data needed to deliver the App, such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, country, crash reports, and a randomly generated installation identifier. This data is not used to identify you personally.
Advertising identifiers: If you use the free version of the App, Google AdMob may access your device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / Apple IDFA, when permission is granted) and other ad-related signals in order to serve ads. On iOS, this only happens if you allow tracking via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.
Web analytics (Site only): Our website uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service that collects aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics (page views, referrer, country, device type). Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personal data.

We do not collect: your name, email address (unless you voluntarily email us), phone number, precise location, contacts, microphone audio, calendar, SMS, health data, financial account numbers, or any other sensitive personal information not listed above.

2. How We Use Information

To provide the core puzzle-solving functionality of the App (local on-device processing of screenshots).
To analyze feedback you voluntarily submit and improve the App's solver and user experience.
To process and validate in-app purchases and subscriptions, and to restore purchases across devices.
To detect, diagnose, and fix crashes, bugs, and performance issues.
To serve advertisements in the free version of the App (via Google AdMob).
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service / EULA.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data for profiling, automated decision-making, or any purpose other than those listed above.

3. Sharing and Disclosure

We share data only with the limited set of service providers required to operate the App, and only for the purposes described below:

Google AdMob (advertising) — see Google Privacy Policy and AdMob data disclosures.
RevenueCat (subscription / purchase management) — see RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
Apple App Store and Google Play (payment processing for in-app purchases) — governed by their own privacy policies.
Plausible Analytics (aggregated, cookieless web analytics on the Site only) — see Plausible Privacy Policy.
Cloud hosting providers we use to store feedback submissions and operate the Site.
Legal authorities, when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of users or the public.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share personal data with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

4. Data Security

All transmissions between the App, the Site, and our servers occur over encrypted HTTPS / TLS connections. Feedback submissions and the associated screenshots are stored on access-controlled servers operated by reputable cloud providers. We apply industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Screenshots processed locally: never leave your device and are not retained by us.
Feedback submissions (including any uploaded screenshot): retained for up to 24 months for the purpose of analyzing and improving the App, then deleted or anonymized.
Purchase / subscription records: retained for as long as required by tax, accounting, and consumer-protection laws (typically up to 7 years).
Crash and diagnostic data: retained for up to 90 days.
Advertising data handled by Google AdMob: retained according to Google's policies.

How to request deletion of your data: Because the App does not require an account, the only personal data we may hold tied to you is any feedback you have voluntarily submitted (and the associated screenshot) and purchase records. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@1mbsaas.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and including the approximate date of your feedback submission or your purchase order ID. We will respond within 30 days. You can also uninstall the App at any time to stop all further data collection.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA, UK, California, and other regions with applicable privacy laws), you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
Restrict or object to certain processing of your data.
Request a portable copy of your data.
Withdraw consent (e.g., for personalized advertising) at any time.
Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Block Puzzle Helper is a general-audience puzzle utility and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We do not request a name, email, location, or any other personally identifying information from any user, and screenshots are processed locally on the device by default. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data (for example, by sending feedback that contains identifying information), please contact us at info@1mbsaas.com and we will promptly delete that information from our records. Advertising shown in the App is configured to comply with Google's policies for child-directed treatment where applicable.

8. International Data Transfers

Our service providers (such as Google, RevenueCat, and our cloud hosting providers) may process data in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses to protect data transferred internationally.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App or to comply with legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you within the App or by posting a notice on the Site. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
